These are complicated times for ambitious women. While there are record numbers of women at the top, the glass ceiling remains firmly in place. Despite legislation, diversity programs and women’s initiatives, our patriarchal culture, power and prestige accrue to the men by default. Dr. Daly has gathered cutting edge research on the unwritten rules of culture that disadvantage women in the workplace. She’ll provide you with the “operating manual” you need to chart a successful career.

Ann Daly PhD is a fem-evangelist, devoted to the success and advancement of women. Based in Austin, she is an executive and personal coach, consultant, and commentator on women’s changing lives. Before reinventing herself as a coach, she was a journalist and then a women’s studies professor at The University of Texas. Dr. Daly is the award-winning author of six books, including Do-Over! How Women Are Reinventing Their Lives. A blogger for the Huffington Post, she has contributed to the New York Times, Houston Woman magazine, and NPR.
